Data Sources
If you are wearing an Oura ring during sleep and Apple Watch during the day, for example, you will need to choose a main Data Source for certain metrics. For example, you will get Resting and Active Energy from both devices, so hide the device you do not want data displayed from.
Following these steps will ensure that your data is coming from a primary device and that duplicates are carefully handled.
