How to Set Default Journal Entries

For habits you don’t log frequently, you can set default values. These default values will automatically populate each new Journal day.

1. Open Bevel.

2. Tap the Journal tab.

3. Tap the three dots (...) in the top-right corner.

4. Tap Set Default Entries.

5. Choose the default state for each habit.

6. Tap Save.

You can also tap Reset All to Default at the bottom.
