What’s the difference between Apple and Bevel Heart Rate Zones?
Bevel and Apple calculate heart rate zones differently:
Bevel: Supports multiple heart-rate-zone methods, including percentage of maximum heart rate, heart-rate reserve, lactate threshold, and custom zones. The method used depends on your Bevel settings.
Apple: Uses heart rate reserve
If you want consistency between the two, you can manually adjust your zones in Bevel settings.
How do I change my temperature baseline?
Go to: Settings → Data Sources → Integrations → Manage
