What’s the difference between Apple and Bevel Heart Rate Zones?
Bevel and Apple calculate heart rate zones differently:
Bevel: Uses percentage of your max heart rate
Apple: Uses heart rate reserve
If you want consistency between the two, you can manually adjust your zones in Bevel settings.
How do I change my temperature baseline?
Go to: Settings → Data Sources → Integrations → Manage
