Why am I getting a connection error?

Bevel Intelligence requires a stable internet connection to work. If your connection is weak or interrupted, you may see errors.

If the issue persists, try logging out and back in:

  • Go to Settings → Account → Log out, then log back in.


Why don’t I see any chats on my dashboard?

Bevel Intelligence requires a stable internet connection to work. If your connection is weak or interrupted, you may see errors.

If the issue persists, try the following:

  • Go to Settings → Customization → Bevel Intelligence and tap Re-sync Chat History.

  • Go to Settings → Account → Log out, then log back in.
