What Bevel Intelligence Will Not Do

These are intentional boundaries:

  • Medical diagnosis or prescriptions
Bevel Intelligence is not a doctor and cannot diagnose conditions or recommend medication dosages

  • Mental health therapy
It is not a substitute for professional mental health support

  • Replace your intuition
If something feels off, trust your body over the data

  • Control your devices or apps
It cannot start workouts, change settings, or manage subscriptions

  • Conception or contraception guidance
It is not a medical device for pregnancy planning or prevention

Bevel Intelligence Examples

Below are a few examples of how you can use Bevel Intelligence.

  1. Check-In and Morning Summary
If you want a daily check-in that appears on your screen with a morning summary, you can say: “Create a check-in for 8:00 AM every day. Tell me my Recovery score, my Sleep score, a fun fact about my data, what I can do to improve my health based on yesterday’s data, the exact time elapsed since my last food log entry yesterday, so I can track my fasting timer, and what my workout plan is for today.”

  2. Nutrition Logging Example
Send a photo of your meal to Bevel Intelligence and say: “Log this burger without the bun and half the fries in the picture.”

  3. Training Plan Example
You can say: “Create a half-marathon training plan for me for a race on April 26th. I want to run 4 days a week, including 1 speed day and 1 long run day. I also want to lift twice a week: 1 leg day and 1 upper body day. Check in with me again in 2 weeks so we can update the plan with progressive overload.”

Note: You can shape how Bevel Intelligence works for you. By giving feedback, setting preferences, and refining outputs, you can effectively “train” it to better match your goals, priorities, and style over time.
