My Cycle Data Is Stuck During Onboarding

If you’ve previously used other apps or devices to track your cycle, multiple data sources may be sending information to Bevel. Here’s how to resolve it.

Step 1: Adjust Your Cycle Data Sources in Bevel

To make sure Bevel only receives cycle data from the correct sources:

  1. Open Bevel

  2. Go to Profile

  3. Select Data Sources

  4. Tap Cycle

  5. Choose Hide Data Sources

  6. Add any other cycle-tracking apps to your hidden sources, leaving only Bevel and Apple Health active

This ensures Bevel uses clean, accurate data for your cycle tracking.

Step 2: Restart the Onboarding Process

Once your data sources are updated, please go through the onboarding flow again.
This is a temporary workaround while we are actively working on a permanent fix.

Step 3: Send Us Your Logs (Optional but Helpful!)

To help us diagnose and resolve the issue faster, we’d greatly appreciate your logs:

  1. Open Bevel → Profile

  2. Scroll down and tap “Send logs to developer”

  3. Then email us at hello@bevel.health with the name or email you use to log in to Bevel

Your logs help us identify what’s causing the issue and improve the experience for everyone.
