Stress & Energy Troubleshooting

Edited

Why is my Stress Score unavailable?

Stress data will begin to appear after you’ve completed two full nights of sleep.

If you still don’t see data after the second night, check the Apple Health app to confirm that your Apple Watch (or other wearable) is recording sleep correctly.

For best results, wear your Apple Watch during both sleep and daytime activities, and make sure it is consistently collecting heart rate (HR) and heart rate variability (HRV) data.

Also, ensure that Low Power Mode is turned off on your watch, as it can limit data collection.

Why does my Stress or Energy data not look accurate?

This can happen if:

  • Your data is still calibrating

  • Heart rate or HRV data is inconsistent

  • Your device isn’t being worn consistently

To improve accuracy:

  • Wear your device consistently throughout the day and night

  • Ensure HRV and heart rate data are syncing properly

  • Give the system time to learn your baseline
