We’ve compiled answers to the most frequently asked questions about Recovery.

How does the Recovery Score work?

Your Recovery Score is a percentage (0–100%) that reflects how well your body has recovered and how ready it is for physical activity.

It is calculated once each morning, after your sleep and data are available.

What goes into your Recovery Score?

  • Sleep Score
High-quality, consistent sleep supports better recovery

  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
Higher HRV indicates better nervous system adaptability and recovery

  • Resting Heart Rate (RHR)
Lower RHR generally signals lower stress and better recovery

  • Wrist or Body Temperature
Stable temperature supports recovery, while spikes may indicate stress or illness

  • Respiratory Rate
A lower, steady rate suggests your body is relaxed and well-recovered

  • Blood Oxygen (SpO₂)
Healthy oxygen levels support muscle repair and overall recovery

How should I use my Recovery Score?

  • High score → You’re ready to train harder

  • Low score → Focus on rest, recovery, and sleep

Over time, tracking trends in your Recovery Score can help you identify patterns like overtraining, poor sleep, or increased stress.
